You can send your remittance funds to any BPI/BPI Family Bank account and have it credited to your beneficiary's account within 24 hours. The direct credit facility lets you transfer funds to any BPI/BFB Account in Peso or US Dollar.

If your beneficiary has no BPI/BFB account, he/she can claim your remittance at any BPI or BPI Family Bank branch within 48 hours upon notification. The paying branch will notify your beneficiary via Telegram or Telephone.

BPI may deliver your remittance funds at your beneficiary’s doorstep within 24 hours for Metro Manila residents and from 48 to 72 hours for provincial residents. In return, you will receive proof of delivery plus a short note from your beneficiary.

If your beneficiary has an account with another commercial bank, BPI may forward your remittance funds within 48 hours to the head office of his bank. The other bank’s head office will then credit your remittance to the particular branch where your beneficiary’s account is maintained.
