1.What is Corporate BPI Express Cash?
 
Corporate BPI Express Cash is a MasterCard Electronic prepaid card that can be used for crediting of allowances, revolving fund and petty cash needs, incentives, bonuses and loan proceeds of regular employees.
 
 
 
2.What are the uses/functions of my employees' BPI Express Cash card?
 
Your BPI Express Cash card can be used:
 
As payment for purchases in establishments that honor MasterCard and/or MasterCard Electronic.
 
For loading Globe/Touch Mobile prepaid mobile phones. Your mobile phone number has to be linked/enrolled with your BPI Express Cash card.
 
• In the ATMs for inquiring their balance, withdrawing cash, and for getting a mini statement.
 
 
 
3.Can my employees get a statement of account?
 
No, but your employees can get a mini statement that displays your last five (5) transactions. They can get a mini statement through all BPI ATMs nationwide.
 
 
 
4.What are the other ways to get a mini statement, besides the ATM?
 
Through BPI Express Phone (dial 89-100 and listen to the voice-recorded message) and through BPI Express Online (via the Internet).
 
 
 
5.What are the available facilities/channels for inquiring the balance of the card?
 
Your employees can check their balance through BPI Express Phone 89-100, through BPI Express Online (enrollment in the BPI Express Online Internet Banking Facility required), and through BPI ATMs nationwide.
 
 
 
6.Is there a required maintaining balance for the BPI Express Cash card?
 
None.
 
 
 
7.If there is money left in the card, will it earn interest?
 
No.
 
 
 
8.What is the minimum withdrawable amount?
 
P500
 
 
 
9.What is the maximum withdrawable amount per day?
 
P50,000, but your employee can only withdraw a maximum of P20,000 per ATM per transaction.
 
 
 
10.Where can my employees withdraw cash?
 
In all BPI ATMs nationwide.
 
 
 
11.Can my employees withdraw cash over the counter at the branches?
 
No, your employee can only withdraw in BPI ATMs.
 
 
 
12.Will my employees see an updated balance in the ATM receipt after withdrawing from the BPI Express Cash card?
 
No. Your employee's balance will not be printed on in the ATM receipt. He/she will have to insert the card again in the ATM machine and choose balance inquiry service to see his/her updated balance after the last withdrawal. Or, your employee can also check his/her balance by calling BPI Express Phone (89-100).
 
 
 
13.How long before my employees' BPI Express Cash card expires?
 
It depends on the type of card that you will order for your employees. Standard validity period for Corporate BPI Express Cash cards is two (2) years. The validity period can be seen on the face of the card shown as "validity dates."
 
 
 
14.When I load funds to my employees' card, when will it be available/accessible?
 
Crediting of funds to Corporate BPI Express Cash cards is done online and real-time, thus, money is available/accessible immediately.
 
 
 
15.What will my employees do if their card gets lost?
 
Your employee must call 89-100 immediately and report the card as lost and have it blocked. Your Employee must then inform you that the card is lost in order for you to request for a replacement card.
 
 
 
16.What will I do if an employee resigns?
 
You must inform the BPI Express Cash Corporate Sales Unit about any/all employee resignations. Your employee will have to surrender his Corporate BPI Express Cash card to you.
 
 
 
17.What will my employee do if he/she can not withdraw cash in the ATM and an error message is displayed saying "transaction cancelled" or "wrong pin?"
 
Your employee can just go to other BPI ATMs.
 
 
 
18.What if my employee withdraws cash in the ATM and no cash was dispensed, but his/her available balance was debited / deducted?
 
Your employee must inform you of the incident, and you will have to immediately report it to BPI. Debited amount is normally auto-credited back within two (2) banking days.
 
 
 
19.Can my employees use their BPI Express Cash card abroad?
 
No. Your employees' Corporate BPI Express Cash card is valid only in the Philippines as shown on the left-most portion of the card.
 
 
 
20.Can the ATM capture my employees' BPI Express Cash card?
 
No. The ATM cannot capture your employees' BPI Express Cash card even if he/she mistakenly keys-in an invalid PIN three (3) times. The only time your employees' card can be captured is when the ATM suddenly becomes offline during transactions.
