| How to load your BPI Express Cash Gift Card |

BPI Express Online: www.bpiexpressonline.com
(BPI Express Cash enrollment in Bills Payment Facility required) |

| 1. | Log in to www.bpiexpressonline.com |
| 2. | Go to the "Payments and Reloading" page. |
| 3. | Click the "Express Cash/Express Money Order" link. |
| 4. | Select the "Reload Enrolled Express Cash/Express Money Order" link. |
| 5. | Enter amount to be transferred. |
| 6. | Choose the funding Express Teller account and Express Cash account to be loaded. |
| 7. | Click on the "Submit" button and wait for the confirmation prompt. |

BPI Express Online Scheduled Reloading
(BPI Express Cash enrollment in Bills Payment Facility required) |

| 1. | After logging in BPI Express Online, go to the "Payments and Reloading" page. |
| 2. | Click the "Express Cash/Express Money Order" link and choose "Scheduled Reload." |
| 3. | Fill up the form and click the "Submit" button. A message box will appear to confirm details of scheduled transfer. |

| 1. | Insert your BPI Express Teller card in the ATM slot |
| 2. | Select language to be used and enter your PIN. |
| 3. | Select "Special Services" from the menu. |
| 4. | Select "Prepaid Services." |
| 5. | Select "Transfer/Remittance" service. |
| 6. | Select your account type => savings or current |
| 7. | Select MCE / MasterCard Electronic: 557753 type of Express Cash Account. |
| 8. | Enter the last 10 digits of the BPI Express Cash Gift Card No. you want to load 5577-53___-_____-_____ |
| 9. | Key in amount to be transferred |
| 10. | Confirm amount |

Via BPI Express Phone 89-100
(for BPI or BFB Depositors) |

| 1. | Dial 89-100. Then dial "1" for Express Teller. |
| 2. | Enter your 11-digit access number. |
| 3. | Enter your TIN (Telephone ID Number). |
| 4. | Press "6" for Express Cash |
| 5. | Key-in the amount to be transferred (minimum of P50). |
| 6. | Confirm transaction and wait for your acknowledgement number. |

Deposit via BPI/BPI Family Bank Branches
(next banking day credit) |

| 1. | Indicate the following on deposit slip: "BPI Express Cash Gift Card" as the policy/plan holder name, BPI Express Cash card number on the reference no. portion, amount to be deposited and account number 0011-1534-37 for BPI or 6001-0109-54 for BPI Family Bank. |
| 2. | Present deposit slip and payment to branch teller for validation. |
