Through BPI Express Online
(Enrollment in the BPI Express Online Internet Banking Facility Required) |

| 1. | Enroll in the BPI Express Online Internet banking facility. |
| 2. | Read the Terms and Conditions and click "I Agree." |
| 3. | Fill out the BPI Express Cash Online Purchase Agreement Form. |
| 4. | Print out the Terms and Conditions and the completed Online Purchase Agreement Form. |
| 5. | Select the branch or Express Banking Center where you want to claim your Express Cash Card. |
| 6. | Bring two (2) valid IDs (Driver's License, SSS, GSIS, Passport, etc) and the print out of the Terms and Conditions and the completed Online Purchase Agreement Form. |
| 7. | Have your PIN encoded to enable ATM transactions. |

| Through BPI/BPI Family Bank Branches |
| | |
| 1. | Visit your nearest BPI/BPI Family Bank Branch, BPI Express Banking Center. |
| 2. | Bring two (2) valid Ids (Driver's License, SSS, GSIS, Passport, etc) |
| 3. | Fill out a BPI Express Cash Purchase Agreement Form. |
