Adding BPI Express Mobile to myFavorites
For faster navigation, it is recommended that you add BPI Express Connect in your phone’s myFavorites menu.
 
It’s easy! Here’s how:  
 
1) From Globe Svcs+, click on myFavorites
2.) Click on Add Favorites 
3.) Select Money
 
 
4) Click on BPI Connect or BPI Banking

For some SIM versions, BPI Connect is found under Money -> Money Services.

You will be informed once the process is completed. The BPI Express Mobile menu is now saved in your myFavorites.

Accessing BPI Express Mobile from myFavorites
 
1) From Globe Svcs+, click on myFavorites
2) Click on BPI Connect or BPI Banking
 
The main menu will appear.
 
Activating your BPI Express Mobile Service
 
1) From Acct Maint, click on Register
2) Key in the 6-digit mobile PIN (MPIN) which was sent to your mobile phone
3) Key in your 6-character alphanumeric registration key (REGKEY) which you nominated during enrollment
 
4.) You will receive a confirmation text message.

Changing your MPIN
For your protection, you are required to change your MPIN after the activation process. You may also change your MPIN anytime whenever necessary.
 
1) From Acct Maint, click on Change MPIN
2) Key in your current MPIN
3.) Key in your new MPIN
 
 
4) Re-enter your new MPIN
You will receive a confirmation text message.

Getting your Account Balance
 
1) From the BPI mobile banking main menu, click My Portfolio
2.) Select account type
3.) Key in your MPIN
 
4.) Select desired currency
5.) You have the option to display all your accounts or a specific account. If One by One is selected, you will be asked to choose which account.
 
You will receive your account balances via text message

Transferring Funds
 
1) From the BPI mobile banking main menu, click Fund Transfer
2.) Key in your MPIN
3.) Select desired currency
 
4.) Select source account
5) Select destination account. This may be a pre-enrolled own account or third party account.
6.) Enter amount to be transferred.
 
 
 
7) You will receive a confirmation with reference number via text message.
A verification message will be displayed.

Paying your Bills
 
1) From the BPI mobile banking main menu, click Check-Free
2.) Key in your MPIN
3.) Select desired currency
 
4.) Select source account
5) Select bill to be paid from the list of pre-enrolled bills
6.) Enter payment amount
 
A verification message will be displayed.
You will receive a confirmation with reference number via text message.

Reloading a Prepaid Mobile Phone
 
1.) From Prepaid Svcs, click on Rld Phone
2.) Key in your MPIN
3.) Select source account
 
4.) Select destination mobile number from the list or click Other Number.
You will be asked to key in the 11-digit
mobile number.
5.) Depending on the mobile number selected,the list of valid amounts will be displayed. Click on desired amount.
A verification message
will be displayed.
 
   You will receive a confirmation with
   reference number via text message.
Destination mobile will also receive a confirmation message regarding successful reloading.

Reloading a BPI Prepaid Card
 
1.) From Prepaid Svcs, click on Rld
E-Cash
2.) Key in your MPIN
3.) Select source account
 
4.) Select ECash account to be loaded. ECash account must be pre-enrolled
5.) Enter load amount.
A verification message will be displayed.
 
You will receive a confirmation with reference number via text message.

Temporarily Suspending your Express Connect Service
 
1.) From the Acct Maint, click on Suspend
2.) Key in your MPIN.
You will receive a confirmation text message.

Reactivating your Suspended Express Connect Service
 
1.) Under Acct Maint, click on Activate
2.) Key in your MPIN
3.) You will receive a confirmation text message
