.Are my financial transactions safe and secure?
 
BPI Express Mobile is the first encrypted menu-based mobile banking service for Globe subscribers that is accessed via OTA (Over-The-Air) technology. It provides a safe and secure way of performing financial transactions with the following security measures in place:
      • 2-factor authentication: something that you know, your MPIN; and something that you have, your Express Mobile-enrolled mobile phone.
      • End-to-end encryption: data is encrypted from your SIM all the way to BPI, and your MPIN is 3-DES encrypted, the industry standard for encryption.

I don’t have an eligible SIM, how do I upgrade?
 
You may visit any Globe Business Center and request for a replacement SIM. Globe may collect payment, if applicable.

I’m currently using mobile banking for account balance inquiry only. Do I need to re-enroll to enjoy full mobile banking?
 
No, there is no need to re-enroll if you are already using an eligible SIM.

How much is the service charge for this facility?
 
Clients will be charged by Globe Php2.50, regardless if prepaid or postpaid, for every completed transaction.
