	Enjoy the convenience of doing balance inquiry on your BPI, BPI Family Savings Bank and BPI Direct Savings Bank accounts anytime, anywhere, using text via the Short Message Service (SMS) of your mobile phone. You can inquire about your deposit, credit card, auto and housing loan balances.

	How to Enroll.and Activate.
	There are two ways in which you can enroll.
		·    If you are enrolled in BPI Express Online, log-on to www.bpiexpressonline.com. Click on Other Services ->
		Application Center -> Express Mobile - Mobile Banking, and fill out the online enrollment form.
		·    You may also enroll by visiting your BPI, BPI Family Savings Bank branch or any Express Banking Center
	Activate your enrollment upon receipt of a text message containing your initial 6-digit mobile PIN (MPIN).

		To activate your enrollment: Send your MPIN and REGKEY to 2BPI (2274) in this format:              REG <MPIN> <REGKEY> Where: MPIN is your system-assigned MPIN ...........REGKEY is your nominated REGKEY You will receive a text confirmation.

		.How to Use
		For your protection, you are required to change your MPIN after the activation process. You may also change your MPIN anytime whenever necessary.
		To change your MPIN: Send this message to 2BPI (2274) in this format:              CHG <OLD MPIN> <NEW MPIN>   Where: OLD MPIN is your old 6-digit MPIN ...........NEW MPIN is your new 6-digit MPIN You will receive a text confirmation.

	Your enrolled accounts are represented by account keys (ACCTKEY). An account key consists of the account code and the last four digits of your account number (i.e. CA1235, SA2209). The account types and their corresponding account codes are listed as follows:
		Account Code SA CA TD CC HL AL		Account Type Savings Account Current Account Time Deposit Credit Card Housing Loan Auto Loan
		To list your enrolled accounts: Send this message to 2BPI (2274) in this format:           LIS <MPIN> Where: MPIN is your 6-digit MPIN You will receive a text confirmation.

		To inquire the balance of an enrolled account: Send this message to 2BPI (2274) in this format:           BAL <MPIN> <ACCTKEY> Where: MPIN is your 6-digit MPIN           ACCTKEY is the account key assigned to your account See sample reply for a Checking Account balance inquiry.
		Note: You may get help anytime by sending HELP to 2BPI (2274).

		How much is the service charge for this facility?
		Clients will be charged by Globe/TM PhP2.50, regardless if prepaid or postpaid, for every completed transaction.
