How can I reload my BPI Express Cash Card?

Reload real-time through the following:

Express Online (www.bpiexpressonline.com)*
You may even avail of its Scheduled Reloading feature
à
Express Phone (89-100)*
à
BPI/BFB ATMs nationwide (choose “special services” option)
 
*enrollment in Check-Free Payments required.

How much can I load/ reload to my BPI Express Cash Card?
·
Reload any amount up to a maximum of P10,000
 
3.
Can I put the Express Cash card in the name of another person?
·
Yes, card can be either in the name of the purchaser or beneficiary
 
4.
How can I verify my card balance?
·
Inquire your balance through:
à
BPI Express Online (enrollment in Check-Free Payment required)
à
BPI / BPI Family ATMs
à
BPI Express Phone
 
5.
What should I do if my BPI Express Cash card gets damaged?
·
Surrender your damaged card at any BPI of BPI Family Bank branch (Greater Metro Manila only).
·
Fill up a replacement form.
·
Pay the lost replacement fee of P100*.
 
*Cards with no previous transactions and still has a full value will not be charged P100.
 
6.
What should I do if my BPI Express Cash card gets lost or stolen?
·
Just call Express Phone 89-100 and press the “5” key to report your lost card.
 
7.
Will I receive a statement of account for my BPI Express Cash card?
·
No, since you have no bills to settle. However, you can get your transaction details via the ff:
à
Express Online if card is enrolled
à
Mini statement reflecting cardholder’s last five (5) transactions or any BPI/BFB ATMs nationwide
