1. My BPI Direct Save-Up Account doesn't have an ATM card. How will I withdraw funds from my Save-Up account?
 
Simply transfer funds from your Save-Up account to your nominated source account through Express Phone, Express Online or Express Mobile. This transaction is real-time and once the amount is credited to your source account you can immediately withdraw the funds from your nominated source account through the ATM.
 
2. I am already enrolled in the scheduled funds transfer but I received my bonus which I'd like to save. How do I deposit this to my Save-Up account since over-the-counter transactions for Save-Up accounts are not allowed in BPI or BPI Family Savings Bank branches?
 
You can deposit your bonus or other excess funds, whether cash or check, to your nominated source account first. Once the amount is credited to your source account, then you can transfer the amount from your source account to your Save-Up account through Express Phone, Express Online or Express Mobile.
 
3. Will I receive a quarterly bank statement for my BPI Direct Save-Up account?
 
No but you can check the details of your account anytime through Express Phone, Express Online and Express Mobile. Should you wish to have a printed copy of your bank statement, you may call Express Phone 89-100 and request for an Anytime Bank Statement.
