| For existing WorldPerks members, please provide your valid and registered WorldPerks membership number and full name. You may also attach a copy of your WorldPerks membership card, a copy of your E-mileage summary or any document that shows your valid name and number. This is to ensure that all WorldPerks miles earned using the BPI WorldPerks MasterCard are consolidated and accumulated in the valid and registered WorldPerks membership number.

| No, Frequent User's Privilege Points are exclusive to the other BPI Express Credit cards. The FUP points cannot be transferred / nor converted
to miles once you become a BPI WorldPerks MasterCard cardholder.

| If I have a BPI WorldPerks MasterCard, do I automatically become a WorldPerks Mileage Program member?

| Yes, as soon as you become a BPI WorldPerks MasterCard cardholder, you will likewise become a WorldPerks member. You will receive your WorldPerks Welcome Kit, which includes your personalized membership card, once you earn one (1) WorldPerks mile in your account.

| How do I earn the miles through the BPI WorldPerks MasterCard?
|

| Every P 45.00 spent using the BPI WorldPerks MasterCard allows you to earn one (1) mile. Just simply use the credit card and all your purchases in supermarkets, gasoline, restaurants, will be converted to miles, automatically. Note though that no WorldPerks miles will be earned by the cardholder once his/her credit card account becomes delinquent/past due.

| How do I know the WorldPerks miles that I have earned for a period?
|

| As a BPI WorldPerks MasterCard cardholder, you will receive the BPI WorldPerks MasterCard Statement of Account which reflects WorldPerks miles on transactions posted for the month ending with the statement cut-off date only. The miles however, are not reflected on the Statement of Account on an accumulated basis.

| If you have a registered e-mail address with Northwest and have achieved a specified minimum level of account activity during a previous period of time (such minimum level and period of time to be specified by Northwest in its sole discretion), an Electronic Mileage Statement will be provided to you being a WorldPerks member and a BPI WorldPerks MasterCard cardholder.

| If you do not have a registered email address with Northwest or internet access you will need to call the WorldPerks Service Center at telephone number 63 (2) 841 8800 or fax number 63 (2)814 0531 to get an update of their mileage balance.

Operating Hours: 0800H-1700H Mondays to Fridays and 0800H - 1200H Saturdays/Holidays.

| Allow six (6) to (8) weeks for WorldPerks miles to be credited to your WorldPerks account. Once WorldPerks miles earned is credited to your account, mileage earned cannot be withdrawn or converted to Frequent User Points for any reason.

Northwest may withdraw, limit, modify or cancel any award, increase the mileage required for any award, modify or regulate the transferability of awards, add an unlimited number of blackout dates or limit the number of seats available to any or all destinations.
