| ü | If applicant is not earning salary or income from the conduct of business or practice of profession, this certifies that applicant is not required under Philippine tax laws/regulation to file any ITR, or be subject to the issuance of any certificate of compensation payment/ tax withheld as a substitute to such ITR.
