1. What is Express Auto Insurance?
 
The Express Auto Insurance is a product exclusively designed for BPI clients. It comes with an extensive coverage to protect your vehicle from Accidental Collision and Theft, as well as protection against Fire, Explosion, Lightning, Self-Ignition, and Malicious Damage.
 
2. Are liabilities incurred from injuries of other persons covered by Express Auto Insurance?
 
Yes! Express Auto Insurance offers two types of coverage to protect you from such liabilities, the compulsory third party liability cover and the voluntary third party liability cover- bodily injury.
 
3. What if my vehicle causes damage to another person's property? Do I have coverage for this?
 
Yes! Express Auto Insurance offers Voluntary Third Party Liability – Property Damage (VTPL-PD) that provides protection in case your vehicle damages other peoples' properties.
 
4. Can I also have passengers in my vehicle covered?
 
Yes! Unnamed Passenger Personal Accident (UPPA) is an optional insurance coverage that will answer for the death, disablement and medical expenses of the driver and passengers of your vehicle in case of an accident.
 
5. Can I get protection for my vehicles from damages due to natural calamities?
 
Yes! You may request for additional coverage against Flood, Typhoon, Hurricane, Volcanic Eruption and Earthquake for your added protection.
 
6. Are car accessories covered?
 
Yes! Express Auto Insurance covers all accessories standard to your vehicle's type/unit. If you wish to include non-standard accessories, just inform your BPI Bancassurance Marketing Associates.
 
7. Is towing covered under the Express Auto Insurance?
 
Yes! If your vehicle has comprehensive coverage and you need your vehicle to be towed whether due to accidents or mechanical breakdown, just call the BPI/MS Express Roadside Assistance Hotline at 02-6878585.
 
8. What should I do to file a claim?
 
It's so easy! Just call the BPI/MS Claims Hotline (840-9888) and submit the necessary claims documents. For more information, a BPI/MS Motor Claims Guide will be provided to you upon issuance of your motor insurance policy.
 
9. Where and how can I avail of the Express Auto Insurance and other Insurance products?
 
Express Auto Insurance is available through BPI Branches nationwide. To avail of the Express Auto Insurance, just inquire from your Branch Manager or to BPI Bancassurance Marketing Associate servicing your branch.
