| INVESTMENT OBJECTIVE
|
| The fund intends to achieve for its participants investment returns derived from a diversified portfolio of global equities and fixed income instruments denominated in major currencies.

| INVESTMENT POLICY
|
| The Fund shall be invested in a diversified portfolio of global equity issues and fixed income securities, including investments in foreign equity funds and foreign balanced funds managed by BPI-accredited international fund managers.

| DIVERSIFICATION POLICY
|
| The aggregate investment in a single entity shall not exceed fifteen percent (15%) of the Fund, except for government securities and cash deposits, and investments secured by government securities and/or cash deposits.

| METHOD OF ASSET VALUATION
|
| Investments shall be valued daily based on the marked-to-market method. Under the marked-to-market valuation method, the prevailing market prices of the various securities are used as basis for determining the Net Asset Value of the Fund. As such, the NAV of the Fund is subject to periodic fluctuations. Over time, however, the medium-term to long-term investor should see a smoothening-out of the rate of return on his investment. The Fund is invested in Philippine securities, which carry Philippine Sovereign risk.
