| 1.
| Promo is open to all BPI, BPI Family Savings Bank and BPI Direct new or existing individual accountholders who open or are maintaining any Peso or Foreign Currency Savings, Checking or Time Deposit account during the promo period of March 1 – August 31, 2008.

| 2.
| To join, simply open or deposit money to any of the participating accounts*.
|
|
| |
| For Savings and Checking accounts, there should be at least a PhP 5,000 increase in Month-to-Date Average Daily Balance (MTD ADB) vs December 2007 MTD ADB to qualify. One (1) electronic raffle number will be assigned for every PhP 5,000 in MTD ADB maintained.

| 7.
| Draw will be held at BPI Head Office,14/F BPI Bldg. Ayala Avenue cor Paseo de Roxas, Makati City in the presence of a BPI & DTI representative at 4pm.
|

| 8.
| To earn a raffle entry and be eligible to win:
|
| •
| Existing savings and checking account clients should have at least added PhP 5,000 to their December 31, 2007 MTD ADB, plus meet the minimum balance requirement of the product.
|
| •
| New savings or checking account clients need to at least maintain the minimum balance requirement of the account.
|
| •
| New or existing Time Deposit account clients should maintain at least PhP 25,000 in their account.
|
|

| 9.
| You are eligible to win in the raffle draw provided you meet the requirements for the specified period covered. Account should be in active status at the time of the actual draw date. All accounts that are under litigation or garnished shall be disqualified.
|
|
| | |
| 10.
| Employees of BPI Unibank, its advertising agencies, promotion/design agencies and promo prize partners including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.
|
|
| | |
| 11.
| Winner will be notified through registered mail and phone call on how and where to claim the prize.
|
|
| | |
| 12.
| Winner will be published in a newspaper of general circulation within 2 weeks after the draw.
|
|
| | |
| 13.
| Redemption period shall be within 60 days from notification. Prizes not claimed within 60 days from receipt of notification will be forfeited in favor of BPI, with prior approval of DTI. Prizes can be claimed at 14th Floor BPI Head Office, Ayala Avenue Corner Paseo de Roxas, Makati City. To claim the prize, winner must present proof of deposit account, a valid ID, registered notice, TIN or latest ITR, CTC, signed and notarized winner's undertaking.

| 14.
| The travel prize is transferable but not convertible to cash. T.R.I.PS. Travel terms and conditions apply.

| 15.
| Last day to join the promo is on August 31, 2008 at the close of banking hours.
|
|

| 16.
| The travel package has 6 months validity. However, booking of flights and accommodations are subject to availability.
|
|

| 17.
| Securing of travel documents, taxes and other related travel expenses shall be shouldered by the winner.
|
|

| 18.
| BPI shall not be liable to the client and the merchant for any fortuitous or untoward event after he/she claims the travel voucher.
|
|

| 19.
| BPI shall shoulder the 20% tax for prizes exceeding PhP 10,000.
|
|
| | |
| 20.
| In case of dispute, the decision of the BPI Unibank, with the concurrence of DTI, shall be deemed final.
