| 1.
| Promo is open to all individual deposit clients of BPI, BPI Family Savings Bank and BPI Direct from March 1 to August 31, 2008.
|

| 2.
| To avail of the complimentary gift, you should deposit at least PhP 300,000 in fresh funds, (or its equivalent in foreign currencies) to a new or existing Savings, Checking Account* or placement to a Time Deposit with a 6-month term*. Qualified Time Deposit placements refer to the Regular Time Deposit that has regular interest rates only. Placement with bonus/premium interest rates do not qualify for a complimentary gift.

| 4.
| If you opt to distribute funds to various accounts, funds can be pooled together to avail of the higher tier gift, as long as the deposit is made on the same day i.e. total PhP 1M deposit is made with PhP 500,000 in a Savings and PhP 500,000 in a Time Deposit.

| 5.
| You should agree to keep the funds on hold for at least 3 months for deposit/s made to a Savings or Checking account.
|
|
| |
| 6.
| In the event that you fail to meet the hold out requirement for deposits made to a Savings or Checking Account, or pre-terminate the placement made to the Time Deposit with 6-month term, BPI reserves the right to deduct the value of the complimentary gift from your account through the Branch of Account.
|

| 7.
| You will be asked to fill out a claim certificate where you will identify your gift of choice. The claim certificate will be available at BPI and BPI Family Savings Bank branches nationwide.
|

| 8.
| Here's how you can claim your complimentary gifts:
|
|
| |
| For Abenson items –Abenson gift vouchers specifying your preferred complimentary gift will be delivered to the Branch of Account. The gift item of choice can be redeemed at any Abenson outlet. Actual item/s will be delivered to the branch of account in case there is no nearby Abenson outlet in the area.
|
|
| |
| For Stores Specialists, Inc (SSI) Gift Certificates – SSI gift certificates will be delivered to the Branch of Account. The SSI gift certificates may be used to purchase items at participating SSI stores.
|
|
| |
| For Travel Bags - the bag/set of bags will be delivered to the Branch of Account.
|
|
| |
| For Trip /Leisure Packages - BPI will issue a voucher. Client will claim the trip or leisure package directly from T.R.I.P.S. Travel. T.R.I.P.S. Travel terms and conditions apply.

| |
| Please allow the following schedules for processing of claims for travel bags, Abenson gift voucher, trip/ leisure voucher or SSI GC:

| For GMMA branches: 15 working days
|
| For Provincial branches: 20 working days
|

| For BPI Direct depositors: 25 working days

|
| |
| 9.
| Chosen complimentary gift/s cannot be replaced once purchase is made by BPI.
|
|
| |
| 10.
| The trip/leisure package is transferable but not convertible to cash. T.R.I.PS. Travel terms and conditions apply.
|
|
| |
| 11.
| This promo cannot be availed jointly with another existing deposit promotion.
|
|
| |
| 12.
| BPI shall shoulder prize tax of 20% for prize value exceeding PhP 10,000.
|
|
| |
| 13.
| All account openings are subject to existing policies and procedures of the Bank.
|
|
| |
| 14.
| Gift voucher/gift certificate and travel bag not claimed within 60 days from end of promo will be forfeited in favor of BPI, with prior approval of DTI.
|
|
| |
| SSI gift certificate is valid for one year from the date of issue. Abenson gift voucher and the trip/leisure voucher which you will use to claim your gift, are valid for 1 year after you claim the voucher.
|

| 15.
| In case of dispute, the decision of BPI, with the concurrence of DTI, shall be considered final.
