| Can I apply for more than one Globe Broadband package or buy more than 1 PC? |
| Yes. Express Online users can apply for more than one (1) Globe Broadband bundle and buy more than 1 device. Good news for those starting an Internet café or a gaming business. |

| Can I cancel my existing Globe Broadband subscription to avail of this promo? |
| Cancellation of existing broadband services with Globe in favor of this promo shall be subject to the termination fees (if any) of your current subscription. |

| Do I get a discount on the subscription fee if I have an existing Globe landline already? |
| No, but as a compromise, you will get a subscription of more than 700 kbps for only P995 a month. |

| Is it possible to purchase the PC without a BPI Express Credit card? |
| The rock bottom price is exclusive only for purchases using cash or BPI Express Credit cards only. BPI credit card offers real 0% interest on SIP purchase for 3, 6, 12 and 24 months. |

| Who is responsible for the after-sales or customer service of the broadband service and the PC package? |
| • | Asian Tech will deliver the PC package to the installation address within three (3) working days from date of credit card approval. Warranty of the device is 1 year, carry-in service. |
| • | Carry-in service is open six (6) days a week, from Mondays to Saturdays excluding holidays, from 9 AM to 6 PM. |
| • | BPI shall not be liable to the client for the quality of service rendered by partners, including Globe Broadband and Asian Tech (Red Fox) |
