Vehicle Assistance

1.
Towing. In the event of Breakdown of the Vehicle, the SERVICE PROVIDER will arrange to transport the Vehicle to the nearest accredited repair facility, up to P4,000. No amount shall be payable under this benefit/service with respect to the repair costs of the Vehicle.

2.
Minor on-site repairs, such as jumpstart, battery boosting, tire changing, delivery of gasoline (cost of gasoline not included), and car lock-out. No amount shall be payable under this benefit/service with respect to the repair costs of the Vehicle.

3.
Rescue of the Vehicle. In the event of an accident and the registered Vehicle is totally wrecked or falls in a deep ravine, IBERO ASISTENCIA will rescue the Vehicle with the use of a crane and transport it to the nearest repair facility, up to P 8,000. this benefit/service shall apply for a maximum of three (3) events per year. In case of road accident, with the client's Vehicle and injured Beneficiaries, this limit will not apply.

Personal Assistance

1.
Stay and Travel due to breakdown of vehicle:

a.
Hotel accommodation. If the vehicle cannot be repaired the same day, IBERO ASISTENCIA will pay for the hotel expenses up to P1,000 up to a maximum of two (2) nights.

b.
Continuation of journey. IBERO ASISTENCIA will provide an alternate means of transportation to return the Enrollee to the usual place of residence if the Vehicle cannot be repaired within 48 hours following the breakdown.

c.
Or pay for the travel cost to allow Enrollee to continue his journey to original destination, provided that the distance between the place of breakdown to the original destination is not greater than the distance from the place of breakdown to the Enrollee's usual place of residence.

2.
Relay of urgent messages. At the request of the Beneficiary, the SERVICE PROVIDER will arrange to convey urgent or very important messages relating to the matters stated above.

3.
Information on hospital addresses and telephone numbers. At the request of the Beneficiary, IBERO ASISTENCIA will provide the addresses and phone numbers of hospitals.

4.
Arrangement for Ambulance Assistance. At the request of the Beneficiary, IBERO ASISTENCIA will arrange for the dispatch of an ambulance.

5.
Arrangement for Hospital Admission. At the request of the Beneficiary, IBERO ASISTENCIA will arrange for the dispatch of an ambulance.

Provides services in the following regions from 0 kilometer: National Capital Region (NCR), Region 1 (Benguet), Region III (Bataan, Bulacan, Nueva Ecija, Pampanga, Olongapo city, Pangasinan, Tarlac), Region IV (Batangas, Cavite, Laguna, Rizal), Region V (Legaspi City, Naga City), Region VI (Iloilo and Negros Occidental), Region VII (Cebu and Tacloban city), Region X (Davao City), Region XII (Cagayan de Oro, Gen. Santos city)

Personal Assistance

The assistance services will be provided in those places mentioned in Section 1 above. The right to the services under this section will come into effect 25 kms. from the usual place of residence of the Beneficiary.
